Grand Opening of Masjid-Al-Hidaya

Assalaamu-Alaykum (Peace be Upon you)

One of the greatest blessings that Allah has given the Muslims of Great Britain is the freedom to worship Him without any hindrance, without any persecution, and with complete ease.

In Britain today, alhumdulillah (all Praises belong to Allah), Masaajids (plural of Mosques) are everywhere so that we as Muslims, can fulfil our obligations to our Creator wherever we are. Even in hospitals and prisons you will find prayer rooms dedicated to Muslims and even in Universities, there are Islamic societies running prayer rooms for the Muslim students.
And alhumdulillah, Allah has blessed us with another one of His houses, Masjid-Al-Hidaya on Caledonian Road, Dewsbury, which is all set for its grand opening from Friday 22nd June to Sunday 24th June 2007. Here is the agenda for the weekend, please go to www.masjidhidaya.co.uk for full details:

Friday 22nd June:
Pre Jumma Bayan (12.45pm) and Jumma Prayer (1.30pm)
Maulana Abdur Raheem Saheb (Darul Uloom, Bury)

Bayan After Asar (7pm)
Maulana Shoyeb Desai (Sheffield)

Food after Bayan

Saturday 23rd June:
Bayan After Zohar (1.30pm)
Maulana Abdur Rasheed Rabbani (Dewsbury)

4-6pm Children’s Nazam/Qiraat Progrogram
Local Children will be praying and reciting live on the receiver (454.812). Please listen and also send your children to the masjid to pray and listen. Inshallah there will be food for the children as well.

Bayan After Asar (7pm) – Keynote Speech:
Hazrat Maualan Yusuf Motala Sab (Darul Uloom, Bury)

Food after Bayan

Sunday 24th June: Ladies Program:
2.30pm to 6pm – Naat, Nazam and Bayans for the ladies (full purdah facilties will be available).
Food will also be served.

Please try and make it down and please continue with your valuable Dua’s (Supplications) for all the Masjids all over the world and of course, for all Mankind.
