Assalaamu-Alaykum (Peace be Upon you)
Alhumdulillah (all Praise belongs to Allah), we had quite a few volunteers on Sunday afternoon to clean the top part of Dewsbury Cemetery, and although we were sorry to miss the lecture delivered by Shaikh Yusuf Darwan in Zakaria Masjid, we were blessed with beautiful weather for a Sunday afternoon cleaning spree!
After the initial photo session (see the pictures!), we actually managed to get some cleaning done, and were really quite surprised as to how much rubbish had accumulated there.
Jazakallah to all the lads that participated (even the latecomer!), and may Allah make it a means of our salvation in both the worlds. Ameen.
