Something From the Weekend

781709_mosque.jpgAssalamu-Alaykum (Peace be Upon you)

Alhumdulillah (all Praise belongs to Allah) the program on Saturday went ahead and everybody seemed to enjoy it.

We were enlightened by words of wisdom from Moulana Imran and uplifted by the Qur’an recitation, Nazams and Arabic Nasheeds from the students he brought down with him.

Jazakallah (may Allah give the best recompense) to them for taking the time out and coming down, to the Imam of Masjid-e-Hidayah for arranging it and last but not least to the chef for the wonderful food afterwards!

And stay tuned in for up and coming local community events that are in the pipeline.

  1. Masha-allah the programme was well excecuted.

May allah reward those who organised and took part in the event.

I may also make a humble suggestion that it would be great to have Shaykh Imrans learned & highly charged (spiritual) father over to this shores – Hidayah – Zakariyya. I have been in his company with some friends and he is to say the least a man of knowledge and action with a wealth of experince in enlightening & guiding the masses towards Allah.

Its a hard catch to pull off!

  2. Inshallah with future programmes in the pipeline we will see if we can get him to honour us with his presence. make dua

  3. unfortunatley, i was unable to attend this auspicous gathering after our guest had travelled from such a distance. May allah guide us allah and accept the efforts of our young generation(i hope you don’t me calling you young but i know some of you are getting on abit now!) who are making a great effort for the Deen of Allah. It was such an occasion with such highly learned ulama’s presence in our small locality, i hope and pray that people appreciate this and take full advantage of these gatherings.
